In late 2003, key recruitments added senior professionals in the areas of investment sales, tenant advisory, and marketing. Since then Transwestern Atlanta has continued to grow by making strategic hires of the local real estate community’s top talent. Transwestern has steadily risen in the annual "Top 25 Brokerages" ranking of the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In 2009, the firm was ranked in the top 10.
